Be the light by priming kindness/love: priming is a phenomenon whereby exposure to one stimulus influences a response to a subsequent stimulus, without conscious guidance or intention. For example, viewing an act of kindness can encourage others to act with love. Also, the person committing the initial kind act reinforces a positive view of the world and of self shown by Adler's "Act-As-If" psychology principal. The act modifies the feelings of the actor encouraging future similar acts. Committing acts of kindness is a win-win choice to both encourage others and reinforce oneself while building a more positive loving world.
